Home market production of 37,439 cars was 3,510 units or 10.3% higher than in April 2004 (33,929).

Export output of 105,866 cars was 10,179 cars or 10.6% higher than April 2004’s 95,687.

Commercial vehicle production rose 20.5% (3,221) from 15,694 in April 2004 to 18,915 in April 2005.

Home market production in April 2005 was up 33.4% (1,878) to 7,507.

Export production rose 1,343 (13.3%) to 11,408.
