MAN is planning to sell Volkswagen light and medium trucks alongside its own heavier truck range at four of its dealer outlets in Germany, according to the Financial Times Deutschland.
The move will test whether the arrangement should be extended to other dealers in the future if successful.
Volkswagen dealers are angered by the move and reportedly concerned that MAN will have a full range of commercial vehicles, while they will only have lighter trucks to offer.
