IAC has appointed Daniel Linder as vice president of the organisation's China operations.
Based at the company's Shanghai regional headquarters, Linder is responsible for leading and overseeing the development of new business opportunities and identifying potential partners, alliances and relationships to grow the current customer base and expand IAC's product portfolio in the Chinese market.

He succeeds Brian Pour, who was appointed president and CEO of automotive acoustical and textile solutions supplier Auria, a joint venture formed in September, 2017 between Shanghai Shenda and IAC Group.
"Dan brings more than a decade of Asian supplier experience to IAC, spending most of this time located in Shanghai," said IAC COO, Terry Gohl.
"He will help our company form the relationships and partnerships needed to continue to grow our core competencies in this important market."
Linder served as Key Safety Systems (KSS) president of Passive Safety for the Americas prior to joining IAC.
During this time, he launched an engineering, operations, quality, and sales office in Jundiai, Brazil to enhance customer coordination, strengthen KSS' local identity and build upon centralised teamwork to manage market momentum and growth.
Linder also initiated the expansion of the company's footprint in Mexico with the launch of a steering wheel plant in Matamoros. Prior to KSS, he served in various divisional and regional leadership roles for Yangfeng and Visteon Automotive Systems, gaining Asian market and Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and India original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customer account experience.
Linder began his automotive career at Ford, where he spent 14 years serving in a variety of manufacturing, production and product development roles, including managing director for Ford/Visteon Hungaria in Szekesfehevar, for two years.
