General Motors is recalling 21,649 electric SUVs in the US over braking concerns.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said there were issues with unexpected activation of the antilock brake system.
The automaker was expected to solve the issue through an over the air update.
Earlier this year, the NHTSA had opened a preliminary evaluation into 3,000 Cadillac Lyriq EVs over claims related to loss of brake assist, Reuters reported.
