
Denso Corporation has announced it has integrated the management of three production and sales companies in Brazil.
In 2022 fiscal year, its revenue in Brazil exceeded 70 billion yen.
To reinforce the business foundation for future growth, Denso says it has integrated the management of Denso Do Brasil LTDA, Denso Maquinas and Denso Sistemas Termicos Do Brazil LTDA.
They will now be known as Denso Do Brasil LTDA, which will manufacture and sell automotive components, including thermal products, which were previously produced independently by the three firms.
At the time of integration, the new Denso Do Brasil hads2,080 employees, with capital standing at 7.4 billion yen (316 million BRL).
Through the integration, Denso says it will streamline corporate management to increase operational efficiency and strengthen the company’s ability to withstand the changing business conditions.
