Ecarx, an automotive tech provider, has introduced an advanced generative human-machine interface (HMI) system, ECARXperience, for vehicles.
Built on the AutoGPT AI large model application, the in-vehicle HMI system aims to enhance in-vehicle interaction through a dynamic interface that responds in real time to various driving conditions and user preferences.
ECARXperience introduces an adaptive display that adjusts based on driving conditions, user preferences, and environmental factors such as weather, time of day, and road conditions.
The system’s features include fatigue detection, child monitoring, and tailored route recommendations.
The platform integrates navigation, safety systems, and advanced driver assistance into a unified interface.
It also includes emotionally intelligent virtual assistants capable of interpreting voice tone and gestures, enabling more natural user interactions, the company said.
