Jaguar is the latest automaker to adopt Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS) plug for EV models sold in North America from 2025.

Owners will gain access to the Supercharger network of 12,000 chargers across the continent.

2025 models will have NACS plugs standard with not need for the adaptor required for earlier plugs.

Jaguar will also source adaptors from Tesla for drivers of older models.

The automaker said its battery and power electronics technology had been designed to optimise charging rates on both V3 and V4 Superchargers.
