Japanese auto giant Toyota is set to launch the ninth-generation Toyota Camry sedan in India on 11 December 2024.
To be launched by Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the new Camry features an updated design, refreshed interior, and enhanced safety features, and will be available with a petrol hybrid engine.
It will arrive in India through the completely knocked down (CKD) route and is expected to be priced from Rs4.8m ($56,853), with deliveries starting in 2025.
This launch will replace the current model, which has been available since 2019 and underwent a mid-life update in 2022.
Built on the TNGA-K platform, the Camry shares its foundation with various Toyota and Lexus models, including Alphard, Sienna, Venza, Lexus ES, and Lexus RX.
The 2025 Camry maintains similar dimensions to its predecessor, measuring 4,915mm in length, 1,839mm in width, and 1,445mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,825mm.
