According to The Car Connection website, GM has scheduled a media briefing this week to reveal a positive story for its March sales figures, ahead of official release at the end of the month.

Meanwhile, the website reported rumours that GM will announce a further round of job cuts, possibly this week.
It quoted reports that GM’s human resources department has booked a number of conference rooms at engineering centres for special meetings on Tuesday (28 March), which has led employees to dub the date Black Tuesday.
